Allen Han was a Math High School Teacher before he moved to the United States. He currently holds an Associate Degree in Software Engineering Technology from Cincinnati State Community College. Beauty is part of his interests. He has been a nail tech since 2013. He really falls in love with customer service and the nail industry business. He is very attentive to details while assuring that guests are comfortable, happy, and enjoy their service. Allen is so friendly, sweet, funny, and has a wonderful sense of humor. His specialties including nail enhancements, extended ware polishes (gel polishes), manicures, and pedicures. He has amazing abilities in the creation of all sorts of nail arts. He always has had a dream to have his own salon. He believes that owning a salon is more care about making people feel good, creating more job opportunities for the people who fall in love with the beauty industry and helping the community by sharing customer self-care. He believes “When you look good! You feel good!” is the secret to build your self-confidence. Also, he always thinks about how to engage between technology and salon business in order to serve the customer conveniently and effectively.

He holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from Cincinnati State Community College and a Bachelor's Degree from Wilmington College, where he majored in Business Administration (Management Concentration) and Strategic Organizational Leadership. Bo's ambition led him to the world of beauty, and he firmly believes in the potential of the beauty industry. His path led him to gain expertise as a nail technician and marketing manager at Dream Salon & Spa, situated in Hyde Park under the ownership of his sister, Sein Cozad. Bo remained dedicated to this endeavor for over 8 years and during this time, he gained invaluable experience across all aspects of marketing management and exhibited exemplary team leadership. Bo emerged as a visionary luminary within the beauty and wellness realm. His journey commenced with a curious and eager spirit, evolving into a respected entrepreneur. A deep passion for the beauty and wellness sector guided his path, leading him to excel at the renowned Beauty Institute. Today, Bo stands as the creative driving force behind Dream Spa Salon.
